HOW DID YOU DECIDE TO BECOME A MAKER?
I grew up on a hop farm and was exposed to the craft brewing industry in my teens. I fell in love with how collaborative and fun the industry seemed shortly after college. I started my brewing career in Seattle and then headed home to Yakima start brewing at Bale Breaker.
FAVORITE PART OF MAKING BEER
While the science behind beer is extremely important and intriguing, my favorite part of brewing is the creative aspect. Having an idea come to mind, then turning something abstract into a tangible, enjoyable product is something I’ll never tire of.
